Take 4 capsules a day in a single dose with a glass of water.
Precautions for use
Follow the instructions for use. Keep out of reach of young children. To be used as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Not recommended for children, young teenagers, pregnant and breastfeeding women (glavonoids + green tea). If you are taking prescription drugs at the same time, ask your doctor for advice. Do not take more than 120 mg of Glavonoid per day. Do not consume outside of meals (green tea). Do not use for more than six weeks without medical advice. Store in a dry place, away from light and heat.
