Vous n\u2019aurez plus aucune raison de vous priver !<\/p>\n<p>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/p>\n<p>125 grammes de farine<\/p>\n<p>125 grammes de ma\u00efzena (fleur de ma\u00efs)<\/p>\n<p>25 cl de lait demi \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>25 cl d\u2019eau<\/p>\n<p>2 \u0153ufs<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Mettez la farine et la ma\u00efzena dans un saladier puis m\u00e9langez \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un fouet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Lorsque les ingr\u00e9dients sont r\u00e9partis de mani\u00e8re homog\u00e8ne, faites un puits au milieu et ajoutez-y les \u0153ufs en entier.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Battez le tout puis incorporez le lait et l\u2019eau par petite quantit\u00e9 et continuez \u00e0 m\u00e9langer pour obtenir une p\u00e2te bien lisse et sans grumeaux. La p\u00e2te peut vous semblez trop liquide mais vos cr\u00eapes en serons d\u2019autant plus fines ! Vous pouvez n\u00e9anmoins rajouter un peu de farine si vous le souhaitez\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Laissez reposer une \u00e0 deux heures \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante en recouvrant \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un film alimentaire.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Versez une petite louche de p\u00e2te sur une po\u00eale anti-adh\u00e9sive pr\u00e9alablement chauff\u00e9e.
