(1) Melatonin helps reduce the time to fall asleep. Its beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg before bedtime. Melatonin also helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. This beneficial effect is obtained by consuming at least 0.5 mg just before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days following arrival.
This product is not a medicine but a dietary supplement, based on plants, magnesium, vitamin B6, and melatonin.

Instruction for use
Night Awakening: 2 buccal sprays, up to 2 times during the night.
Falling Asleep: 5 buccal sprays before bedtime. Do not exceed 5 sprays per night.
