Apply at bedtime as follows:
- Shake the bottle.
- Raise the spray nozzle to 90°.
- Spray 4 to 20 times at the back of the throat.
For best effectiveness, wait about twenty seconds after spraying before swallowing your saliva. Do not drink, smoke, or eat after spraying; otherwise, reapply the product.
