Take 4 capsules per day in a single intake with a glass of water.
Precautions for use
Follow usage recommendations. Keep out of reach of children. Use as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. If taking prescription medication concurrently, consult your doctor. Do not consume more than 120 mg of Glavonoïd per day. Do not use for more than six weeks without medical advice. Store in a dry place, protected from light and heat. Avoid taking on an empty stomach, and do not consume if taking other products containing green tea on the same day. Not for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 18 years of age. Avoid consumption of daily intake equal to or greater than 800mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG)
