Its specific thermoactive composition (iron, water, activated charcoal) reaches a maximum of 40°C in just 30 minutes, providing muscle relaxation without the risk of burns.

Ensure your skin is dry and not sweating before use. Remove the patch from its plastic envelope, peel off the protective film from the adhesive side, and immediately apply the patch to the painful area.
Avoid using the patch during sleep: this could cause burns. Use with extreme caution on sensitive skin. Do not wet the device, do not cut it. Do not apply pressure to the area where the patch is applied.
Contraindications and side effects
In case of skin hypersensitivity or irritation, it is recommended to discontinue use and consult your doctor. Inform your pharmacist of any side effects not mentioned in this leaflet.
Precautions for use and warnings
For external use only. Do not use:
- on eczema-affected skin, if you are unable to remove the patch independently (elderly, disabled, children),
- on the face and on damaged skin areas (any type of cuts and wounds, eczema and skin rashes), .

- on skin treated with ointments, creams, and gels,
- on skin affected by heat,
- on areas of the skin where the product has already been applied within the last 24 hours,
- on areas where another heating device is applied,
- on acute muscle injuries.
In the absence of data on use in children, seek advice from your doctor. In case of circulatory problems or deficits due to diabetes and difficulty perceiving temperature and during pregnancy, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.
