Our family friendly guest house and gîte (holiday home) provide excellent accommodation of a high standard. Registered with Gîtes de France, we have four rooms in the Bed and Breakfast and can welcome eleven guests. The three bedroom holiday home will be able to accommodate seven guests in 2010. All our rooms have private bathrooms or shower rooms.

What to do in Videix
Les Trois Chênes Chambres d’hôtes is situated in the Department of Haute-Vienne, just on the borders of the Dordogne and Charente and within the Parc Naturel du Perigord-Limousin in SW France.
There are plenty of things to do within 15 minutes drive from Videix. Les Trois Chênes chambres d’hôtes is on the historic route of Richard the Lion Heart (Richard Coeur de Lion) an itinerary which takes you past many ancient towns and no less than seven breathtaking chateaux and castles. If you ever tire of history, then Videix is ideal for walkers and cyclists, the many quiet roads and paths pass through beautiful countryside and lead to pretty villages. You can swim and sunbathe at Videix beaches or hire kayaks, pedalos, canoes, sailing boats and wind-surfs at Videix nautical centre on the side of an impressive lake. It is excellent for triathlon training and cycling. There are two riding stables nearby, an adventure play centre and many farms to visit. Hunting and fishing are great local pastimes, (fishing permits are cheap and easily available) and only half an hour away there are two golf courses with full facilities. Videix has something to please everyone in the family.
